Since joining Playground in June 2005, Stephen has applied his experience in the development and sales of urban and resort real estate in leading a diverse portfolio of project in the Western United States and Mexico.
Stephen’s portfolio of projects has included multiple offerings in Colorado including, Copper Mountain, Winter Park, Aspen/Snowmass and Vail. Additionally, Stephen oversees a mix of development projects in Sun Valley, San Jose Del Cabo, Puerto Vallarta and Zihuatanejo.
Prior to joining Playground Stephen spent 13 years in the Northwest working on a diverse mix of urban and resort development projects. The projects included the development, marketing and sales of Urban and Resort apartments and condominiums, Establishing and running a private consulting company, master-planning of urban and resort villages and communities and the operation and management of several private utility companies. With each experience Stephen has played in integral role in leading and executing on complex real estate development opportunities.
In 2007, Stephen was selected to lead Playground’s growth into the urban real estate sales and marketing sector, starting a new division, Urban Playground. Stephen and his family have relocated back to the northwest and will lead this endeavor from Playgrounds new regional office in Seattle.
