Green is Good
Urban multi-family development is good for the environment. Infill projects reduce pressure on our fields and forests, reduce freeway congestion and bring life to city sidewalks and small businesses.
At Urban Playground we want to support the good green work being done by our developer partners. Our company:
- Gives listing agreement preference to green developments – Built Green, LEED or similar.
- Mandates that sales agents achieve Green Broker status within two years of employment.
- Provides continuing LEED accreditation classes for management.
- Utilizes programs, vendors and materials that are sustainable – whether through use of recycled materials, local resources or earth-friendly production.
